We are professional installers of fine ceramic tile and stone. All of the services that we provide incorporate time-tested systems for proper installation. Our approach to servicing our customers is also simple. We make every effort to ensure that every attention to detail is given, to every customer, every single time.
We guide you through the planning stages, assisting you with the selection of materials. We educate you about the many different types of tile offerings, narrowing them down to only the ones that fit both your design needs and budgetary constraints. Because we purchase all of our materials directly from the manufacturers, you realize greater savings, because we pass them directly on to you.
A typical job goes something like this:
We bring samples from today's leading tile manufacturers to your home.
Instead of you coming to a showroom, the showroom comes to you. By answering a few simple questions, we can bring you sample boards with tile or stone to fit any project needs.
We provide you with an accurate estimate.
Because we are installers, we will provide you with an accurate take-off of all materials and labor costs. In fact, if for any reason, we are short materials of any kind, we will provide them at no additional cost to you.
We deliver all tile and setting materials to you.
After you accept the estimate, we then require a deposit to cover all materials and applicable taxes.
With your deposit, all materials are ordered directly from the manufacturer.
Once confirmation is received that your completed order is in the distribution center, we retrieve it and bring it to your home where we stage it for installation.
We begin installation on the scheduled date.
The installation process will begin on a predetermined date that you, the customer, has set up. We show up when we say we will, and work uninterrupted (except for meals and sleep) until the job is complete.
You are the proud owner of a beautiful tile job.
Once the job is complete to your satisfaction, you pay the remainder of the invoice (the labor portion).
