Small Balcony
Dominic Morlando built his dream home. That dream included a boat crashing into the back of the home. Well, at least look like a boat crashed into the home. This unique balcony only measures about 25 square feet. While the space is small, the design is anything but. The cantilevered platform pays homage to the compass inlay in the hardwood floor just inside the French doors by replicating the pattern with tile that resembles wood.
